For every service we tell you in advance when it will be done. The shift record then shows when it was done.

Routine cleaning

The daily shift nobody sees. We work every area in the same order, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is done twice.

  • Vacuum and damp-mop floors
  • Empty bins, change liners
  • Damp-wipe clear desks and sills
  • Clean washrooms, refill supplies
  • Kitchenette: sink, fronts, dishwasher
  • Door handles and light switches

3F · meeting rooms and offices

Office cleaning

Meeting rooms are an office's calling card. We leave them the way your first appointment of the morning needs them.

  • Tables cleared, chairs back in place
  • Glass walls and doors free of fingerprints
  • Phones and control panels disinfected
  • Screens dry-wiped, only on request
  • Whiteboards only when you approve
  • Coffee machines outside, descaling to plan

1F · healthcare

Medical practice cleaning

To your hygiene plan, not to our instinct. Every room group has its own cloths and its own line in the record.

  • Surface disinfection with VAH-listed products
  • Colour coding: cloths kept apart by room group
  • Treatment, reception, waiting area, washrooms
  • Records per room and per shift
  • Waste handled to your disposal plan

GF · lobby, by machine

Deep cleaning

When mopping is no longer enough: old finish layers off, fresh protection on. We plan it so the floor is dry before anyone walks on it.

  • Machine scrubbing and vacuuming
  • Old finishes and coatings removed
  • New protection to suit the floor: stone, linoleum, vinyl
  • Carpet: spray extraction
  • Joints and edges by hand

4F · after the fit-out

Post-construction cleaning

Between the trades and move-in there is one night. After it, the floor is ready for handover, with a record for the site manager and the tenant.

  • Rough and fine clean after the fit-out
  • Construction dust out of ducts, switches and profiles
  • Film, stickers and paint marks removed
  • Windows and frames inside
  • Washrooms before first use
  • Handover with a photo record

B1 · car park and plant

Industrial cleaning

Spaces where machines work need machines to clean them. We don't use a broom where a sweeper is faster and raises less dust.

Facade · last

Glass and facade

The facade comes at the end of the shift. The first sun meets clean glass, not fresh streaks.
